How often do you change your user name and or Avatar?

I'm new ish to YA and just wondered if users stuck with the same id...How often do you change your user name and or Avatar?
No you are not stuck %26amp; I used to change both of mine to go with the seasons or Holidays you can change it as often as you wish

edit my info

change my avatar

back here use my avatar

User Name:

same to get to your profile

erase user name in the nickname box

change to new one

Same one the entire time, but I am thinking of abandoning it because of this stupid Update dialog that pops up every time I answer a question, even when I click the %26quot;don't ever show this stupid thing again%26quot; button. grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

I have only changed my avatar when I learned how,I didn't care for the gray square,I wanted to create something different from the other ones on this site.How often do you change your user name and or Avatar?
I've never changed my user name on YA but I'm guessing that you can. I change my avatar rarely, but that's just me personally.
