How can i change my user name without administrator?

I cant make a new user account without %26quot;the%26quot; administrator so i want to edit the user account and i'm having trouble with changing the account name so does anyone know how??? (without admin.)How can i change my user name without administrator?
Step 1

Click the %26quot;Start%26quot; button in Windows and select %26quot;Control Panel%26quot; from the Start Menu.

Step 2

Click the %26quot;Add or remove user accounts%26quot; link in the Control Panel window.

Step 3

Click %26quot;Create new account.%26quot;

Step 4

Enter your desired user name for the administrator account in the empty field, then click the %26quot;Administrator%26quot; bubble. Finally, click the %26quot;Create Account%26quot; button. This will create a new administrator account with your chosen name, and the old account named %26quot;Administrator%26quot; will disappear from the user menu.
