How to cancel the account in youtube or change the user name?

I wanna change my account name in youtube. is that possible? Or can I cancel the account?

When you are signed in, on the top right of the page hover your pointer over 'account'...a pop up menu will drop down from which you should choose 'more'...



On the page you arrive to, you then scroll down to the sub heading 'account', and choose 'delete account'How to cancel the account in youtube or change the user name?
