Its an administrator account and it has the name administrator by default.

The user options in the control panel show only

Create a password

change my picture

set up my acc to use a .net password.

But wher should i change the name?? it runs on win xp -sp2How do i change my user name on my computer?

Goto Administrative tools-%26gt;Computer management-%26gt;Local users and groups



Create a new user and double click the user and give the rights of an administrator

I believe that the account you are talking about is a built-in, default account that is created when Windows is installed. The %26quot;Administrator%26quot; account is not meant to be used as your normal, every day account.



If you want to have an account name, but still have administrator privileges, follow these steps:



Click Start

Click Control Panel

Double-click User Accounts

Select %26quot;Create a new account%26quot;

Type the name you want for that account and then select %26quot;Administrator.%26quot;

Type in a password for the account



And you're done!
