How can I change an user in a domain to administrator without knowing administrator password ?

Well I think you have to be an administrator to access dsa.msc

But try doing start - run - dsa.msc and see if you can browse the domain. If you can you may be able to add a user to an administrators group. How can I change an user in a domain to administrator without knowing administrator password ?
Well, you can change the administrator password without knowing it by doing this. : really read this, it works.

1. Turn off your pc.

2. turn it on (or simply just restart it)

3. Once you are at the Windows XP loading screen, press the restart button on ur pc, or just press and hold the power button (just do anything so that ur pc will turn off while its loading xp)

4. A screen will say that windows was unable to load properly. blah blah..

5. Highlight SAFE MODE and press enter. (use the arrow keys)

6. A bunch of things will scroll across your screen, just ignore it and wait for a few minutes.

7. on the four corners of ur monitor, it will say Safe Mode.

8. Now, at the login screen, you will notice another User Account. IT is named Administrator. That is the hidden back up account.

9. Click on it, it isnt password protected. (usually)

10. Click on start, control panel, user accounts

11. From there, you may change the User Accounts, as well as create new ones, delete, and change passwords.

12. Enjoy. :D
