Two options: download Kubuntu and install or just add the KDE packages. Once installed, reboot. At the log-in screen, click on Options and change your desktop to KDE.How can I change the User Interface of Ubuntu to KDE?
You could probably add the relevent repositories to your application manager and add them via that. Alternatively, install Kubuntu, the KDE version of Ubuntu.
