Open your yahoo mail
there is a option %26quot;My Account%26quot;
from there u can change ur nameHow to change the user name in the chat window ?
At the top of your friends list window click on Messenger then on My Contact Details. You can edit your real name and nickname from there. Anything you don't want to show leave blank.

Go to your account settings in yahoo. Change your name there.. It will be the display name... :)
