First please check to see if the box marked auto sign-in is ticked, if so then every time he turns on his unit it will auto log on as you and not allow another user to sign in unless he signs you out...

How to change PSN user account for Playstation 3?
So I recently was playing my cousin's PS3 and they never have signed up for Playstation Network. I put in my username and password and signed on as me. Then my cousin made an account and it will not allow him to sign onto his account on th Playstation. Why won't it let him, and how can we fix this?How to change PSN user account for Playstation 3?
